Services. Fees; Payment. By signing up for a Services account, you agree to pay the applicable setup fees and recurring fees. These fees will be invoiced starting from the day your services are established and in advance of their use. Payment terms may change with thirty (30) days’ notice. To cancel a service, please refer to your contract.

Support. If your service includes access to priority email support, this means you may request technical support by email at any time, with reasonable efforts made to respond within three business days.

Delivery of Goods:

Digital goods are sent immediately via our software. If you experience technical issues downloading digital goods, please contact us.

Refund Policy:

Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Digital goods and services are non-refundable except in the case of technical issues that cannot be resolved.

Workshops Terms and Conditions:

A confirmation email and invoice/receipt will be sent within 48 hours of booking.
Events require minimum registrations to proceed.
If an event is cancelled, you may transfer to another event or receive a refund (less payment gateway fees).
We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.
Substitute delegates may attend with 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or non-attendance result in no refund unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Exclusion of Competitors:
